According to a New York Post story (March 29th), there are 20 foods that can do a lot to spice up your sex life (and we’re not talking Curry here). Everyone knows about Oysters, but Asparagus and Chilies? Apparently these two vegetables have lots of Vitamin B and proteins. Elsewhere on the list come Walnuts (Omega Oils) and Beetroot (good for men apparently) with Truffles and Coffee coming in at number 19 and 20. Whether there is any scientific evidence to back up these claims is debatable. And if you want to boost your libido, then Black Raspberries, Broccoli, Watermelon and Ginseng are ones to put on the menu.
