Boulder Colorado based Rush Bowls has chosen Nashville for its latest restaurant opening. Scheduled to open mid summer at 1201 Demonbruen Street, Rush Bowls says it will be offering “a large selection of hand-
crafted bowls packed with protein, with as many as five servings of fruits & vegetables, all ready in minutes.”
Opening the franchise is Jason Wilkins, an ‘escapee from corporate America.’ “I spent two years looking for an opportunity like this,” Wilkins told Health & Wellness. He added that Rush Bowls saw the huge potential Nashville had to offer to reach its market of “Millennials and Young Professionals.”
Rush Bowl’s Chief Marketing Officer Mark Kranjcec told H&W that they could see as many as “three or four Rush Bowl Restaurants in Nashville.” Each Rush Bowl restaurant will cater to both take out and eat in diners, though at around 1,000 sq. ft., there will be “minimal seating,” added Wilkins.
